He was predeceased by: his sisters, Isabelle Brown of Amboy and Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Jane of Sugar Grove; his children, Debbie Zywica of Sugar Grove and Dan Zywica of Ottawa; his granddaughters, Danielle Valle (Lance) of Ottawa and Nichole Zywica of Spring Valley; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Valle and Haiden Stanford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
