She was predeceased by: her father John Keithley; and her pet Bentley. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth "Betty" Woolam Keithley; her daughters, Savannah Pulse of Stronghurst and Cierra Pulse of Aurora, CO; her siblings, Jerry Keithley of Burlington, IA, Terri Gittings (Marvin) of Lomax, IL and Lorri Keithley of Stronghurst; and her nieces and nephews, Chris, Luke Gittings, Tim, Jon Keithley, Megan Wakefield and Mikayla Britton.
