Richard Chockley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Chockley (Stronghurst, Illinois), who passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chockley and Irene Russell Chockley; and his brother William Chockley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Douglas; his children, Eric Chockley (Peggy) of Stronghurst and Sharie Harden (Bob) of Stronghurst; his grandsons, Justin Harden (Emily), Abe Chockley (Ashley), Andy Chockley (Lauren), Cody Harden (Laura) and Nathan Harden (Allison); his great grandchildren, Olive Rose, Elaine Maria, Adelle Jane Harden, Jacob Henry, Wesley Clyde, Andrew David Chockley, Jonathan Robert and Daniel Brayton Harden; and his sisters, Mary Twaddle of Carthage, IL and June Hendrickson of Ursa, IL.. He is also survived by His wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private family graveside services will be held Friday, May 8th in the Stronghurst Cemetery.
