We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2019, at the age of 92, Mary Jo Shover (Stronghurst, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyko Johnson and Violet Larson Johnson; her brothers, Max Johnson and Kenny Johnson; and her close friend Richard DeBaugh.

She is survived by: her spouse Wesley Jean Shover; her daughters, Jo Lynn, Ackman of Stronghurst and Cathi Shover of Indianapolis, Indiana; her sister Joy Bair of Galesburg; her granddaughter Michelle Voeller of Madison, Alabama; her stepgrandchildren, Shelley and Asa Gaszak of Jacksonville, Florida; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Paris Gleason; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jay, Kaylee Elizondo and Logan Washburn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
