He is survived by: his son Trenton Smith of Tennessee; his brother Terry Smith of Palastine, TX; and his half-siblings, Bob Smith of Macomb, IL, Mike Smith of Bushnell, IL, Linda Detrick of Gladstone, IL, Sandra Leibli of Burlington, IA, Jane Adams of Kingman, AZ and Sandra Dewitt of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
