He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darrell "Red" Fenton, Ken, Pat Cheney, Everett and Jan Heybold.
He is survived by: his parents, Martin Fenton of Burlington and Cynthia Cheney Fenton (Richard) of Burlington; his spouse Casey Nichols; his children, Briena Lee Fenton, Maxyn Christopher Fenton and Brixtyn Lee Fenton; his grandmother Judy Fenton of Burlington; his brother Nicholas Fenton (Nicole) of Burlington; his stepsiblings, Jason Cook (Christina), Ryan Cook and Darcy Wibstad (Zach) of Mt. Pleasant; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff of Stronghurst, Kathy Nichols of Stronghurst, Kris of Stronghurst and Diana Beals of Stronghurst. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the benefit of his children.
