He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ratliff and Erma Ratliff (Petrotte); his wife Marian L. Yusko; and his siblings, Violet Sheridan, Irene Plymire, Eleanore Petersen, Mark, Vince and Leonard Ratliff.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Schmidt (Jan) of Nashville, Tennessee; his granddaughters, Emmie Schmidt and Jacqueline Denney; and his great grandchild Adilene Grey Denney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
