Evans (Wanda Fialko) of Streator and Mark Evans of Glendale, Arizona; his stepchildren, Gina Melody of Streator, Kirk Melody (Denice) of Varna and Mark Melody (Carissa) of Germantown Hills; his grandchildren, Tony, Kyle, Jenny, Josh, Laurie, Jaron, Meg, Ashly, Trace, Drew and Gracie; and his sister Marilyn Jean Thayer (Russell) of California. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
