He is survived by: his wife Alison Moore; his daughter Devin Faye Elias of Streator; his stepson Blaine Parcher of Streator; his parent Bruce Moore; his mother-in-law Poonie Moore of Streator; his siblings-in-law, Amy Persinger (Jerry) of Streator, Josh Moore (Kristi) of Graymont and Bruce Moore of Streator; and his nephew Brody Elias.
