It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Andree (Streator, Illinois), born in Cherokee, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Andree and Ethel Andree (Gaff); his wife Marilyn Gehrke; his son William Thomas Andree; his son-in-law Gary Watts; and his siblings, James Andree and Joylene Bournas.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Watts of Oswego, Denise Lucas (Roger) of Blackstone, Sandy Barbier (Will) of Ottawa, Bruce Andree (Kendra) of Champaign and Craig Andree (Frank Quinn) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Jennifer Watts (Sally Hines), Greg Lucas (Carrie), Zachary Watts, Becky Lucas (Harry "Trip" Simmons), Chase Andree and Lane Barbier; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Pohlman of Lockport, Gail Papesh of Cresthill and Eileen Andree of Streator; and his nieces and nephews, Pat, Robin Turner, Jamie Graff, Annabell and Smokey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Due to the recent State guidelines set in place regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, the Funeral services will be private.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established in Bill's name.
