He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Perry and Cora Perry (Carmichael). He is survived by: his wife Alice Tomasko; his daughters, Janet Larson (Daryl) of Streator, Jo Ann Jacobs (Kevin) of Luana, IA and Jenny Colter (Michael) of Streator; his grandsons, Brandon Larson, Brett Larson (Stacia), Benjamin Jacobs (Casey Inman), Joshua Jacobs (Megan Bushman), Nicholas, Samuel Jacobs, Logan and Noah Colter; his great grandchildren, Parker and Trevor Larson; his siblings, Gladys Perry of Streator, Art Perry of Peru, Ivan Perry (Barb) of Blackstone, Larry Perry (Kathy) of Streator and Ray Tomasko (Suzanne) of Claremore, OK; and his sister-in-law Barb Tomasko of Streator.
A public graveside service will follow in Phillips Cemetery at 12:00 noon with social distancing being followed and masks being worn.
Memorials may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
