He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Blakemore and Beatrice Blakemore (Jardine); his wife Nancy Radatz; and his siblings, Ronald Blakemore and June Blakemore.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Blakemore (Jeannie) of Streator, Mark Blakemore (Tracy) of Saybrook and Brett Blakemore of Streator; his grandchildren, Ruth Neiggemann (Jeff) of Streator, Anna Cave (Dan) of Streator, Aaron Blakemore (Holly Cashmer) of Streator, Madison, Taylor, Bo and Jack of Saybrook; and his great grandchild Rowyn Cave of Streator.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Salem 4 Youth (Flanagan), New Beginnings Baptist Church or Wolf Creek Cemetery.
