She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bergman and Iva Bergman (Plumer); her grandson John Smith Jr.; and her siblings, Charles Bergman and Shirley Jorgenson.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Smith (John) of Streator, Harry Mann of Streator and Karen Walkey of Streator; and her grandchildren, Charissa Wade, Sean Smith, Jonathan Davis, Erin Harmon, Jordan Dorsam, Johnathon Walkey and Joshua Walkey. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
