He is survived by: his wife Amy McKim of Streator; his mother Saretta Missel (Ron); his children, Melissa Cook (Kurt), Jessica Banister (Craig) and Dylan Tooley (Madison); his sisters, Vickie Zeilman (John) and Virginia Hunter (George Starkey); and his grandchildren, Landen Cook of Streator, Archer Tooley of Streator and Benedict Banister of Streator.
