He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Spencer (Paris) of Sonora, Kentucky; his siblings, Mindy Warfield (Jim) of Streator and Brent Spencer (Jennifer) of Kenosha, Wisconsin; and his nieces and nephews, Drew Spencer (Brittany) of Vandalia, Chelsey Spencer of Brownstown, Andrew Fensterle (Cheyenne) of Kenosha, Spencer Warfield of Rock Island and Jameson Warfield of Peoria.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family of Todd Spencer.
