He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Sullivan (Webb) of Ottawa; his wife Kathleen Donnelly; his sons, Michael Sullivan (Alejandra) of Plainfield and Jimmy Sullivan (Nicole) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Eliana, Melina, Graham and Amelia Sullivan; and his siblings, Mary Malek of Streator, Thomas Sullivan (Elizabeth) of Varna and James Sullivan (Kathy) of Ottawa.
