He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Marshall and Rita Marshall (Zulz); his sisters-in-law, Barbara and Patricia Marshall; his niece Rebecca Curtis; and his in-laws, Charles and Phyllis Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Richards; his children, Gretchen Turner (Keith Missel) and Andrew Marshall (Kelsie Allen); his grandchildren, Charlie of Streator, Ashton of Streator and Quinn of Streator; his brothers, Dave Marshall of Geneseo and Daniel Marshall of El Paso; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Richards (Julie), Brian Richards (Jeannie) and Craig Richards (Jodi); and his close friend Rick Allison of Streator.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home (305 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in his name to the scholarship fund at Streator Onized Credit Union.
