He was predeceased by: his sister Christina Kallas. He is survived by: his parents, Jerrilynn Kallas Sr. (Mueller) of Streator and Theodore Allen Kallas Sr. of Pontiac; his siblings, Angela Kallas of Streator and Rick Kallas (Amy) of Wheaton; and his grandmother Patricia Mueller of Streator.
