He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl Mickelson, Emily Flores and Jessie Lee Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Terry R. Campbell Sr. and Teresa Mickelson; his son Terry Campbell III of Streator; his siblings, Terrell Campbell of Streator and Georgene Austin (Jeff) of Streator; and his grandfather John E. Campbell of Mississippi. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
