He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Keith and Christine Keith (Stanley); his wife Joy Gallup; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur Keith of Streator, James Keith (Danny) of Streator, Nina "Sue" Rogers (Daniel) of Streator, Pam Eutsey of Streator, Ray Keith of Streator, Stanley Keith (Donna) of Mississippi and Theresa Casey (Kenneth) of Springfield; his stepgrandchildren, Weston, Blake and Carson Harlan; and his caregiver Brooke. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
