He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lila, Ron Bellis, Reba and Francis Mehn; and his father-in-law Roy Broyles.
He is survived by: his wife April Mehn; his sons, Wyatt Mehn, Brendan Mehn and Derek Moore; his parents, Julie Hays (Jack) and Steven Mehn Sr.; his sister Angie Simmons (Daniel Boyington); and his aunts, Connie Highsmith (Troy) and Theresa Mackey (Todd).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
