She is survived by: her parents, Mark Mayhew (Kim Overton) of Streator and Sheila Mayhew (Frentzel) of Ottawa; her children, Serenity Mayhew of Streator, Darius Mayhew of LaSalle and Osiris Angelico of Ottawa; her siblings, Mark Mayhew (Candy Collins) of Ottawa and Cassie Mayhew (Matthew Furbee) of Ottawa; her grandmother Rae Valdez of Ottawa; her stepgrandmother Renee Frentzel of Michigan; and her grandparents, Dick and Patricia Mayhew of Channahon.
