With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Tinder of Streator, Illinois, born in Conrath, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Nickoley and Bessie Nickoley (Bayer); her husband Gary R. Tinder; her sister Ila Grendahl; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Grendahl and Roger Tinder.
She is survived by: her children, Erin Klein (Greg Otto) of Streator, Jed Tinder of Osh Kosh, Richard "Rick" Tinder (Tracy) of Tierra Verde and Charles "Chip" Tinder (Kimberly) of Waukesha Wisconsin; her sister-in-law Jeannette Tinder of Streator; and her niece Reyne Tinder of Streator. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
