She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cave and Florence Cave (DeMoss); her husband Robert Knickerbocker; her brother Roy; and her brother-in-law Jerry Fleming.

She is survived by: her nephews, Nathan Billups and Ben Rogers; her siblings, Donna Fleming of Ottawa and Jerry Cave (Julie) of Grand Ridge; her nieces and nephews, Angie Rogers (Ben), Jessica Billups (Nathan), Adam Cave (Amy), Andrew Cave and Justin Cave (Mercedes); and her stepchildren, Bob Knickerbocker and Diana Youngblood.

Memorials may be made to either the Central Church of Christ or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
