She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blakemore and Mary Isabelle Blakemore (Adams); her husband Donald "Larry" Phelps; and her son Thomas Phelps. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Weldy (Devon); her sisters, Barbara Tomasko and Mary Ann McClenning; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Phelps of Streator. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
