It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Schreiber (Streator, Illinois), born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alma Foster Carroll and George Francis Carroll; her husband William H. Schreiber; and her children, Nancy, Tom (Caroll), Jim (Pam), Brian (Brenda) and Mike (Peggy). She was also cherished by Her sons, grand children, and friends.
