It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Schaibley of Streator, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Durdan and Anna Durdan (Kever); her husband Richard Schaibley; her brothers, John, Joe and Dan Durdan; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Brown, Bob Rowland, Bob Crocker, Janice Schaibley, Collette Durdan and Dorothy Crocker.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jeff Andersen, Brett, Dustin Schaibley, Sam, Andy Spain and Matt Retoff; her children, Patricia Spain (Ken) of Channahon, Kathy Andersen (Wally) of Streator, Beth Retoff (Albert) of Streator, James Schaibley (Cindy) of Streator and Edward Schaibley (Lisa) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her sisters, Monica Brown of Streator, Bernice Rowland of Streator, Anna Marie Dale (Kenneth) of Florida and Sandy; her brothers-in-law, Mike Novak of Streator and Charles Schaibley of Florida; and her friends, Dominos, Euchre and Pinochle. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 7 step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Michael the Archangel School or the charity of the donor's choice.
