She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Gutek and Mary Gutek (Konchar); her husband George A. Lesak; her stepfather William Gochanour; and her grandchildren, Michelle Lesak and Brett Ainsley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Luke, Robby, Grant, Justin, Kurtis, Allison and Cody; and her children, Richard Lesak (Sallie) of Streator, Ronald Lesak (Kathy) of Streator, Thomas Lesak (Marta) of Alvin, Daniel Lesak (Cathy) of Huntley and Susan Ainsley (David) of Streator. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
