She was predeceased by: her parents, John Butterly and Mary Butterly (Yedinak); and her husband Harry R. Godfrey. She is survived by: her friends, Jim Houch, Tony Halko and Jim Andree; her sons, Dave Godfrey of Ottawa, John Godfrey of Providence and Harry Godfrey (Tami) of Streator; and her grandchildren, Brandon and Jordan Godfrey.

Memorials may be directed to the Heritage Health Activity Fund or the charity the donor's choice.
