He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Vickers (Handley); and his father-in-law William Goddard. He is survived by: his father Buckley Vickers of Streator; his wife Jennifer Vickers of Streator; his children, McKinley "Mac" Vickers of Peoria, Mitchell Vickers of Streator and Marisa Vickers of Streator; his siblings, Debbie Adams (Dale) of Dwight, Karen Merritt (Ron) of Downs, Gary Vickers (Vicki) of Streator, Steve Vickers (Sue) of Grand Ridge and Kevin Vickers (Kelly) of Streator; his mother-in-law Shirley Goddard of Streator; and his sisters-in-law, Lori Goddard of Manville, Karyn Goddard-Roloff (Kip) of Putnam and Amy Coates (Toby) of Pontiac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
