He is survived by: his mother Sandra Wade (Jaynes) of Streator; his children, Gavin Berry of Streator, Keaton Wade of Streator, Kylee Wade of Streator and Marissa Majercin of Streator; and his siblings, Rhonda Saucillo (Joe) of Kissimmee, Florida and David Wade of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
