He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Scarbeary; and his granddaughter Arriyana Carter. He is survived by: his mother Delores Scarbeary (Reaska) of Streator; his children, Eric Scarbeary of Colorado, Sarah Scarbeary (Frank Carter) of Streator and Matthew Scarbeary of Virginia; his granddaughter Alicia Escobedo; and his brothers, Ron Scarbeary (Marilyn) of Streator and William Scarbeary of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
