He was predeceased by: his father Ronald "Squint". He is survived by: his wife Trisha Armstrong; his sons, Zachary Surrock of Streator, Dylan Surrock of Dallas and Trevor Surrock of Los Angeles, Calfornia; his siblings, Kara Noble-Marquez (Rick) of Buda, Texas and Brad Noble (Julie) of Pekin; his aunt Evelyn Gregory of Mississippi; and also Kai.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
