He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley and Elise Marie Shepard (Wahl); and his siblings, Walter, Marvin, Marshall, Gary Shepard, Judy Fialko and Nancy Otto.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Lowe, Joyce Natt (John), Karen Baker and Doris Shepard; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Shepard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
