He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Pouk and Betty Pouk (Longnecker); his brother Tom Pouk; and his mother-in-law Jewel Lorey. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Pouk of Streator; his children, Bridget Pouk of Streator and Travis Pouk of Streator; his granddaughters, Caitlin Pouk and Natalie Pouk; and his brother Mike Pouk (Diane) of Streator. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
