She was predeceased by: her father Michael Ragusa; her father-in-law Robert Ainsley; her grandparents, Eugene and Katherine Liss; and her nephew Brett Ainsley.
She is survived by: her mother Roseann Ragusa (Liss) of Streator; her children, Scott Hays (Olivia Magana) of Streator, Anthony Cunningham of Streator, Ashley of Streator and Justin Ainsley of Streator; her grandchildren, Ariella, Papito and Hawk; her sister Kim Ragusa (Brad Washkowiak) of LaSalle; her niece Alayna Washkowiak; her mother-in-law Diane Ainsley of Foley, AL; her siblings-in-law, Dave Ainsley (Sue) of Streator, Mike Ainsley of Foley, AL and Ann Nichols of Foley, AL; her grandmother Audrey Ainsley of Foley, AL; her uncles, Ray Liss (Anita) of Marion, IL and Chris Ragusa (Cheri) of East Peoria; her aunt Debbie Ragusa of Streator; and her close friend Lori Fechter of Festus, MO.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
