He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Lee and Nina Mae Scott (McMiller); his son Mark Jackson; his grandson RJ Fisher; and his siblings, Vera Scott, Roy Scott and Brian Allen Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Jasmine Scott of Ottawa, Sierra Scott of Ogelsby, Jerome Scott of Tucson, AZ and Denzel Oppy of Earlville; his partner Michele Barry Wade of Streator; and his siblings, Nina Graham of Portland, OR, Mary Tyler of Streator, Inez Scott of Texas, Rosemary Lenac of Peoria, Percy Scott Jr. of Streator, Edmund Scott of Streator and James Scott of Toluca. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
