He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Leslie and Goldie Leslie (Dodge); his spouse Shirley Eichelberger; his son Allen Leslie; and his siblings, Robert, Ronnie, Donald, Albert, Max, Johnny, Paul, Beverly Antolik, Mabel Day, Dorothy McDonald and Betty Kendall.

He is survived by: his children, Roger Leslie of Missouri, Tony Leslie (Tammy) of Minonk, Eric Leslie (Malina Vroman) of Galesburg, Julie Fuentes (Jose) of Streator, Alicia Bethune (Terry), Carolina, Dawn Sproule (Robert) of Streator and Beth Benstine (Terry) of Streator; and his sisters, Elinor Holcomb of Streator, Joanie Ostring of Streator, Carolyn Kendall of Streator and Donna Casey of Streator. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
