We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2020, at the age of 72, Raymond Fulkerson (Streator, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fulkerson and Rosemary Fulkerson (Kudrick); his sons, James and Raymond; and his brother David A. Fulkerson.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Legler; his grandson Michael Lee Fulkerson (Gayle) of Ottawa; and his sister-in-law Nancy Fulkerson.

Memorials may be made in his son's Raymond name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
