It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Richardson of Streator, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Richard and Esther Richard (Johnson); and her husband Earl Richardson. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Richardson of Carbon Hill and Cheryl Hebner (Jack) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her brothers, Allan Richard and Dale Richard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as cousins and friends.
