Phyllis E. Richards Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 83, Phyllis E. Richards of Streator, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wieben and Gretchen Wieben (Defenbaugh); her parents-in-law, Charles and Vernona Richards; and her sister-in-law Veretta Janke.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Richards; her children, Jeffrey Richards (Julie) of Streator, Brian Richards (Jeanne) of Streator, Linda Marshall (Tim) of Streator and Craig Richards (Jodi) of Streator; her grandchildren, Angela Richards, Gretchen Turner, Andrew Marshall (Hannah), Jonathan Richards and Annie Noe (Douglas); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Ashton, Dominic and Quinn; her siblings-in-law, Jack and Terry Richards of Streator; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her to name to the Grand Ridge Fire Department or Pet Project.
