He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Handzus; and his grandparents, John, Mary Fortson, Edward and Margaret Handzus.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fortson of Streator; his children, EvaLynn of Streator, Joshua of Streator, Annabella of Streator, Caleb of Streator and Zoey of Streator; and his brothers, Adam Fortson of Auburn, IL and Michael Fortson (Erica) of Streator. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
