We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2023, at the age of 59, Norma Jean Vice of Streator, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Bellis and Sharon L. Bellis (King). She is survived by: her sister Tammy Erps (Richard) of Streator; and her siblings-in-law, Penny Vice of Florida, Vickey Vice of Florida, Tammy Vice of Streator, Tim Vice of Kansas, Matthew Vice of Colorado, Bill Bryant of Kansas, Daniel Matzen of Morris and Jerry Vice of Missouri. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
