She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Monty Turner of Fredericktown, MO and Isolde Turner; her husband John Petersen Sr.; her sons, John Petersen Jr. (Chasidy) of Licking and Christopher Petersen (Lori) of Streator; her grandchildren, Johnathon, Emily, Peyton, Olivia, Hunter, Julian, Araya and Austin; her aunts, Marcia Whipple of Norwood, MO and Heidi Turner of Leonore; and her brothers, Peter and Monty Jo. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to either the American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.
