She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruford C. McClain and Mary McClain (Matsko); her parents-in-law, Edward and Pat Palaschak; and her pets, Teddy, Buddy, Clawed, Phoebe, Danny L. and Nancy.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Palaschak; her daughter Jamie Lynn Palaschak of Streator; her pets, Willow, Lucy, Mya and Whisper; and her cousins, Gerald "Bo", Mary Matsko of Streator, Charesse Richards (Kent) of Streator and Mary Ann Chismarick of Streator.
Memorials may be made in her name to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Pet Project.
