Mildred Evans Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022, at the age of 92, Mildred Evans of Streator, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Lesak and Mary Lesak (Bartko); her sons, Michael and Blaise Evans; her brother George Lesak; and her pet Dasie Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Olson of Streator, Jean Hoag of Streator, Willie Evans (Wanda Fialko) of Streator and Mark "Duke" Evans of Glendale, Arizona; and her sister Theresa Cassady (Charles) of Plainfield. She is also survived by five grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
