He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald J. "Doc" Sirotnak and Betty Jean Sirotnak (Hert); and his parents-in-law, Joseph Sr. and Doris Sedlock. He is survived by: his wife JoEll Sirotnak of Streator; his son Michael P. Sirotnak (Jaden Easton) of Streator; his sister Cheri Studnicki (Dan North) of Streator; his nephew Jeff Studnicki (Gina) of Streator; and his sisters, Jackie (Randy Gould), Jyll Dite (Joseph) of New Lenox and Kaye Sedlock of Streator. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
