He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Novotney and Dolores Novotney (Noon); his wife Eunice Ramrattan; and his brother David Novotney. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenilee Spaniol (Matt) of Wildwood, MO and Alexa Green (Mason) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Brynlee, Beckham Spaniol, Levi, Raegan and Lincoln Green; and his siblings, Beth Novotney (Ed Hornick) of Streator, Jana Novotney (Edmund Scott) of Streator and Scott Novotney (Kelly) of Streator.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
