She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Klein and Elizabeth "Betty" Klein (Seroka); and her sister Arlene O'Sullivan. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Eugene O'Sullivan of Western Springs; her nieces, Cathy Evans (George) of Crystal Lake, Peggy Henderson of Plainfield and Ann Leifker (Jim) of Plainfield; her nephew Paul O'Sullivan (Lisa) of Elmhurst; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Tom, Josh, Erin and Gavin.
