She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis L. French and Anna French (Scott); her sons, Brian S. Rangel and Jeffrey Holmes; her grandson Matthew Holmes; and her siblings, Willis French and Sandra Dotson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Risetter of Streator; her children, Michael T. Rangel (Brittany Haygood) of Streator and Kerri Fuentes (Holmes) of Franklin Grove; her daughter-in-law Tecia Cisneros (Richard) of Ottawa; and her sisters, Shirley Haufle of Rochelle and Janet French. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
